Bug Repro

The nested ordered lists below are not handled correctly when pasted into Microsoft Word. Note that the nested list under the third item of the outer list looks fine on the web page, but when it gets to Word it will start with 0 instead of 1. It doesn't matter which browser is used to load the HTML page. Reproducible on Windows and Mac, using Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari. I'll test on Linux when Microsoft ports Word to that OS. :-)

   1. Nisl rhoncus.
      • Gravida quis blandit turpis cursus?
      • Eros, in cursus turpis massa!
   2. Nunc id cursus metus!
      • Varius vel, pharetra?
      • Feugiat nisl pretium?

   • Gravida quis blandit turpis cursus?

   1. I should be item number 1 in the nested list.
